Muromachi bakufu bugyōnin, 1439.

The Tōdaiji in Nara appealed to the Muromachi bakufu court in Kyoto, claiming that the Kōfukuji temple in Nara had illegally levied taxes on villages belonging to the Tōdaiji. In this document the bakufu judges find for the plaintiff and instruct the Kōfukuji to cease intruding upon the Tōdaij's territories.
